Job Overview

The Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations plays a critical role in enabling a high-performing, efficient,



and scalable hiring function across the organization. This role focuses on optimizing TA processes, systems, and data insights to improve the candidate and hiring manager experience. The adecuado candidate will help drive operational excellence, lead transformation initiatives, and ensure alignment between TA strategies and business needs in a dynamic, global healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Manage day-to-day TA operations, ensuring consistent execution of recruiting workflows, policies, and compliance standards.
- Partner with TA leadership and HR stakeholders to analyze workforce needs and align operational strategies with business objectives.
