Caseware is seeking a senior staff-level applied scientist to design experiments, build evaluation methodologies, and advance self-learning agent systems. You’ll contribute to agentic memory, memory promotion criteria, and robust safety and governance practices while mentoring others.
You will work with AWS-based tooling, LangChain/Smith/LangFuse ecosystems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship reliable AI capabilities for our audit and financial domain customers.
