Plata Card is building a robust finance organization in Colombia and seeks a seasoned accounting leader to manage the end-to-end close under US GAAP and Colombian standards. You will oversee reconciliations, reporting, tax compliance, and policy documentation while partnering with audits and the integral HQ.
You will leverage NetSuite, Excel, and BI tools to drive accuracy, timeliness, and process improvements, interacting with multinational teams in English and Spanish.
