The Opportunity
This is a role based in Bogotá, Colombia.
What You’ll Do
- Develop validation related documentation for new and existing applications in ServiceNow.
- Create and route architectural design, requirements specifications, and test sets including tracing of requirements through test in Open Text ALM.
- Administer ALM and DevOps solutions, source code control systems, CI/CD platforms, requirements management tools, defect tracking systems, cloud technologies, and other collaborative solutions supporting business partners.
- Provide technical support to Developers, Testers, and Engineers.
- Deliver high‑touch, one‑on‑one business assistance for new projects, enhancements, and general support needs.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for ServiceNow incidents and work orders.
