Requirements
- Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in inbound or outbound high-volume environments
- Track record of exceeding goals across TPV, credit lines, and customer acquisition
- Mastery of Hubspot or equivalent CRM software; meticulous pipeline management
- Familiarity with BANT qualification and KPIs like DSLA, meetings per week, and activity per deal
- Proficiency with Apollo, Lusha, Salesloft, Scriabin, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn Sales Insight
- Outstanding communication, research, and deal-structuring skills
- Fluency in English is listed as a preferred qualification, not a requirement
- Background in project-based coordination across Legal, Product, and Finance is preferred
- Storytelling and consultative selling style is preferred
