You will collaborate directly with our IT Service Desk and Engineering teams to ensure top-tier system availability and performance.
What we are looking for:
? 1+ years of experience in IT, Technical Support, or Infrastructure
? Hands-on familiarity with Active Directory and Windows Server administration
? B2+ English proficiency ? A basic understanding of ITIL frameworks, backups, and virtualization
