?What are we looking for?

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead SCI’s end-to-end digital marketing strategy and execution in a B2B (business-to-business) environment—ideally in technology / software (SaaS (Software as a Service)).

This role owns the marketing operating cadence: planning, prioritization, performance tracking, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring marketing initiatives drive measurable growth and pipeline impact.

- Strong digital marketing strategy and analytics mindset (Google Analytics (GA), SEMrush, CRM (Customer Relationship Management))
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management
- Solid channel knowledge: SEO (Search Engine Optimization), email, social, events, paid media
- KPI (Key Performance Indicator) ownership: dashboards, reporting cadence, insights & recommendations
- Strong prioritization, time management, and cross-functional collaboration
- Advanced English (C1 (Advanced) or higher)Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-driven

?‍?Responsibilities About The Project

- Define and execute marketing strategy across channels (SEO (Search Engine Optimization), email, social, events, paid media)
- Build and maintain KPI (Key Performance Indicator) dashboards; report performance and insights to leadership
- Align marketing priorities with Sales, Product, and Support to drive qualified demand
- Lead planning cadence, timelines,



and delivery quality across internal teams and partners
- Oversee CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and email automation flows (segmentation, follow-ups, campaigns)
- Step into hands-on execution when needed (≈20–30%) to ensure results and continuity

?Requirements

- 4+ years in marketing project management or similar roles
- Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) marketing (tech/software preferred)
- Strong analytics and reporting capability (GA (Google Analytics), SEMrush, CRM (Customer Relationship Management))
- Advanced English (C1 (Advanced) or higher), written and spoken
- Strong ownership, ability to lead priorities, and work in a remote environment

?Bonus Skills

- Experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) / software marketing and fast-paced tech environments
- B2B (business-to-business) demand generation experience (lead lifecycle, MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) →
- SQL (Sales Qualified Lead), pipeline impact)
- Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) and account segmentation strategies
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and email workflows (nurtures, sequences, segmentation)
- Strong understanding of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) data hygiene,



attribution, and reporting
- Experience managing external agencies/vendors (SEO (Search Engine Optimization), paid media, design/content)
- Basic knowledge of website performance and conversion optimization (landing pages, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), A/B testing)
- Comfort working with Sales teams and aligning marketing metrics to revenue goals
