About the role:

We’re not looking for someone who will simply manage accounts and focus on retention. We’re looking for a leader who can take full ownership of our Account Management department.

Our Account Management team takes over once a Team Member is officially hired by one of our U.S. partners. From that moment, the department owns the entire post-hire experience, making sure clients feel supported, team members feel guided, and potential problems are addressed before they grow.

As our Lead Account Manager, you will:

- Lead, coach, and support the Account Management team.
- Oversee client and team member onboarding,



follow-ups, and performance concerns.
- Manage escalations and navigate difficult conversations.
- Identify retention risks early and create clear action plans.
- Track KPIs and keep the team focused and accountable.
- Improve processes and bring more structure to the department.
- Coordinate with Recruitment and other internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
- Help the department become more proactive, organized, and ready to scale.

We’d love to meet someone with:

- Experience in Account Management, Client Success, Operations, HR, or a similar area.
- Previous experience leading or coordinating a team.
- Professional fluency in English C1+ and Spanish.
- Strong ownership, organization, follow-up, and attention to detail.
- Experience working with U.S. clients, remote teams, or marketing agencies is a plus.
