N-iX is looking for Junior Automation QA Engineer (Python) to join our project, a Comprehensive Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) designed to streamline maintenance operations across various industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, education, retail, property management, and local governments.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in web application testing with a focus on automation
- At least 1 year of experience as an automation QA
- Experience with usage of Robot Framework for automated testing
- Experience in performance testing
- Good understanding of testing processes and Agile methodologies, especially SAFe
- Strong experience working with test management systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Nice to have
- Experience with Python or Java
- Familiarity with MS Azure
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement,
and maintain automated test cases using Robot Framework to ensure functionality, integration, and regression testing
- Design and implement API and UI test automation frameworks, making use of Robot Framework's keyword-driven approach
- Write custom Python libraries to extend the Robot Framework for specific testing requirements
- Collaborate with the development team to understand new features and ensure appropriate testing coverage
- Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and high-quality standards for test code
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions
- Generate and maintain detailed test reports, logs and performance metrics
