About the Role

Callzilla is seeking a proactive Infrastructure Specialist to join our IT team and ensure the stability, security, and scalability of our technology environment. The adecuado candidate will have hands-on experience managing network and cloud infrastructure, with strong analytical skills and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor, maintain, and optimize network and server performance.
- Manage and troubleshoot Fortinet firewalls and VPN configurations.
- Administer Azure cloud resources and virtual environments.
- Oversee Acronis backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Manage Active Directory users, groups, and policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and uptime.
- Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or network administration.
- Strong knowledge of Fortinet, Azure, Acronis,



and Active Directory.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- English B1 Required.
