Role Description The High Ticket Closer is a remote, contract role responsible for converting qualified leads into high-value coaching and training program enrollments. Day-to-day activities include conducting structured discovery and enrollment calls with families and players, understanding their goals and challenges, and clearly communicating the value and outcomes of Di Lorenzo Soccer Mindset programs.

The role involves managing a pipeline of prospects, following up through email, messaging, and scheduled calls, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking systems.

Closer will collaborate with the coaching and marketing teams to refine messaging, provide feedback on lead quality, and ensure a positive, ethical, and supportive enrollment experience for every prospective client.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in high ticket closing, consultative sales, or enrollment for coaching, education, or personal development programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to build trust quickly with youth players and families.
- Ability to conduct remote video or phone calls confidently, handle objections professionally, and guide prospects to clear decisions.
- Experience using CRM or lead management tools, along with solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Understanding of youth sports, coaching, or mindset/performance psychology is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in a results-driven environment with clearly defined targets, while maintaining ethical, client-centered sales practices.
- Capacity to work independently in a remote setting, with reliable internet access and a professional workspace.
- Adaptable availability to accommodate families in different time zones; prior experience in international or online sales is a plus.
