Are you passionate about quality, data, and continuous improvement? We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Cartagena and play a key role in ensuring and improving the quality of our operational processes.
What will you do?
- Monitor and analyze quality KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure process compliance.
- Develop and follow up on corrective and preventive action plans.
- Support the creation and standardization of SOPs, manuals, and process documentation.
- Partner with Operations to implement process improvements and quality standards.
- Prepare quality reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What are we looking for?
- Professional or student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Quality,



or related fields.
- 12+ months of experience in Quality Analyst, Quality Coordinator, or similar roles, ideally with auditing experience in the BPO industry.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, KPIs, and improvement plans.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, communication skills, and a strong orientation toward continuous improvement.
