What You Can Expect :
- Work in a regional LATAM role, collaborating with Finance teams across different countries.
- Analyze regional financial information and provide insights for decision-making.
- Support regional budgeting, monthly reporting, and financial performance monitoring.
- Drive the standardization and improvement of financial processes across LATAM.
- Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities with local teams.
- Support the implementation of financial systems, processes, and best practices.
- Provide support and guidance to local Finance teams across the region.

What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- 1+ year of experience in similar Finance roles.
- English level B2–C1.
- Knowledge of financial and accounting concepts.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Experience working in regional or multinational environments is highly valued.
