We are looking for a driven and professional FTL Operations Supervisor (After-hours) to support our operations team and ensure service excellence across client and carrier interactions.

What you'll do:

- Manage escalations from clients and carriers.
- Lead follow-up meetings with the Mexico team to stay aligned.
- Design and present KPI reports to the FTL Manager.
- Lead 1:1 sessions and team huddles for performance management.
- Coordinate and manage FTL shipments for our clients.
- Negotiate rates with carriers to cover shipments.
- Follow up daily on shipments within the system.
- Provide relevant advice and updates to clients, keeping them informed and presenting alternatives that optimize their experience.

What we’re looking for:

- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, international business, industrial engineering or similar.
- At least 1 year of experience leading teams or processes in the 3PL or logistics industry. Within those 12 months, at least 6 months experience in client service roles.
- Experience working after-hours, overnight,



or rotating shifts.
- Advanced English is required.
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Proactive, detail-oriented and analytic person.
- Enthusiastic to build a career within the logistics industry.
