Role Description:

- The Enrollment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Barranquilla
- Responsible for supporting enrollment processes for clients’ customers and employees.
- This role includes collecting, verifying, and processing enrollment documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Inquiries related to insurance plans, employee benefits, and enrollment status, providing clear, professional assistance.
- Collaborating with client teams and internal departments to resolve issues, update information, and improve enrollment workflows.
- Consistent, high-quality customer service and attention to detail are essential to success in this position.

Qualifications:





- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, customers, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of processes and Insurance standards relevant to enrollment and verification activities.
- Ability to manage data accurately, with solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM or enrollment systems.
- Prior experience in BPO or a related field is preferred.
