We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Finance & Inventory Controller to manage inventory planning, financial reporting, and profitability across our Amazon and Shopify channels.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

- Minimum 3 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify e-commerce operations
- Manage inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment
- Track inventory levels, sales velocity, stock coverage, and inventory turnover
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales, inventory, and financial reports
- Calculate product costs, landed costs, gross profit, and net profitability
- Monitor Amazon fees, advertising expenses, fulfillment costs, shipping costs, returns, and other operating expenses
- Perform SKU-level profitability and margin analysis
- Monitor Amazon and Shopify sales, payouts, refunds, and discrepancies




- Identify slow-moving inventory, overstock, and potential stock-outs
- Maintain accurate dashboards and reports using Excel/Google Sheets
- Work closely with operations, logistics, marketing, and accounting teams

Required Skills: Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills are essential. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, inventory management, financial reporting, cost analysis, and e-commerce profitability tracking.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Amazon/Shopify e-commerce finance, inventory planning, or a similar analytical role.
