Delivery Manager (IT) at BairesDev

As a Delivery Manager (IT), you will successfully manage one or more medium to large-scale technology projects through staff augmentation approaches, ensuring the effective delivery of specific software products and organizational transformations via multidisciplinary, highly skilled technical teams. You'll secure successful project outcomes while fostering team development and maintaining strong client partnerships.

What You'll Do

- Enhance organizational effectiveness by implementing and executing strategic technology delivery plans.
- Coordinate project planning and monitor deliverable outcomes while providing coaching and mentorship to team members, ensuring alignment with company procedures and policies.
- Establish reliable communication channels and positive work environments, build strong team relationships, and identify professional development opportunities to enhance staff retention.
- Assess and improve billable utilization rates, support capacity planning initiatives, and contribute to accurate project profitability forecasting.
- Actively identify growth opportunities within existing client relationships; consistently deliver measurable value to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support information technology strategy development and procedure implementation by evaluating project outcomes, identifying potential issues, assessing industry trends, and understanding evolving requirements.




- Contribute to financial objective achievement by supporting forecasting activities, managing project expenditures, reviewing budget variances, and implementing corrective measures.
- Ensure consistent service quality by implementing and maintaining established organizational standards.
- Support overall team success by delivering exceptional results and meeting project commitments.

What We Are Looking For

- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in engineering management or comparable leadership roles.
- Strong communication skills and collaborative approach.
- Positive professional attitude and team-oriented demeanor.
- Client-focused mindset with relationship-building capabilities.
- Solid experience in financial management and budget oversight responsibilities.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving approach and analytical thinking skills.
- People management experience encompassing performance planning, team development, and employee relations.
- Solid technical expertise complemented by IT industry background knowledge.
- Strong experience implementing and managing Agile methodologies.
- Advanced level of English communication skills.

Desirable

- Previous experience working as a Software Engineer or in technical roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Prior experience with direct industry competitors or similar technology organizations.
