Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Corporate Finance Expert to work on a contract basis. The role requires evaluating financial risks, optimizing capital structure, and supporting strategic financial decision-making. You will analyze financial data, prepare reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize capital allocation and reduce costs.
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to assess investment opportunities and risk exposures.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators.
- Support mergers and acquisitions activities, including due diligence and valuation assessments.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies while maintaining audit readiness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques is required.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and GAAP/IFRS standards is required.
