About the Company

Katapix Media is seeking an Executive Producer with proven experience leading audiovisual content projects, ideally in creative environments related to animation, motion graphics, iGaming, and AI-driven production workflows. We are looking for someone passionate, organized, and with strong communication skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure the delivery of high-impact visual pieces for advertising campaigns, digital content, and video games.

About the Role

Manage and oversee projects from briefing to final delivery. Act as the main point of contact between clients and Katapix’s creative and technical teams. Coordinate schedules, deliverables, budgets, and work teams. Ensure the quality of deliverables and compliance with agreed timelines. Participate in bidding processes and proposal preparation. Provide creative and technical input on 2D, 3D, and motion graphics animation projects (desirable).

Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in executive production of audiovisual content.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Advanced English (minimum B2): essential, as client communication is 100% in English.
- Knowledge of post-production, animation, or VFX processes (desirable).
- Familiarity with production management software such as Jira and Asana.
- Experience in iGaming, entertainment, or interactive digital platforms (desirable).
- Disposition to work with AI tools and workflows to enhance production efficiency.
- Ability to work with distributed teams and under pressure.

Required Skills

- Experience working with entertainment brands, video games, iGaming, or digital content.
- Basic technical knowledge in After Effects, Blender, Maya, or similar tools.

Preferred Skills

- Education or affinity with motion graphics, animation, and AI-driven creative processes.
