Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Manager for Facility, Facilities & Property Management to join our team in Bogota, Colombia. In this role,



you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our facility operations, ensuring a safe, functional, and cost-effective environment for our employees and visitors.
Develop and implement comprehensive facility management strategies aligned with organizational goals
Oversee daily operations of facilities, including maintenance, security, and cleaning services
Manage and optimize facility-related budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects and maintenance tasks
Implement and maintain health and safety protocols in compliance with local regulations
Lead and mentor a team of facility management professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Conduct regular facility inspections and risk assessments to identify and address potential issues proactively
Develop and execute sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact and improve ene
