Payroll Analyst (Advanced English)

What a day-to-day in this role looks like:
Manage the full payroll cycle for employees in the region.
Ensure correct application of local labor laws and internal guidelines.
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Work closely with local and international People & Culture teams.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in payroll tools and HRIS.




Job Requirements
Technical or professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields, with experience in payroll management and employee onboarding processes.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in payroll tools and HRIS systems (ideally Workday).
Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.
Proficiency in English.
Desired skills:
Knowledge of regional labor legislation.
Previous experience in payroll management and onboarding processes
