Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Carrier Sales to join our Logistics and Transportation team. The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in Carrier Sales and Drayage and a solid understanding of logistics operations. This role is responsible for coordinating carrier activities, supporting day-to-day transportation operations, resolving time-sensitive issues, and providing leadership to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with carriers, drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Build and maintain strong carrier relationships.
- Support carrier sourcing, communication, and operational coordination.
- Monitor shipment status, carrier performance, and transportation activities.
- Handle escalations and resolve time-sensitive operational issues.
- Ensure accurate data entry, shipment updates, and reporting within TMS and operational systems.




- Prioritize multiple loads and operational requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Support and guide team members in achieving operational and service-level objectives.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain clear and professional communication through phone and email.
- Prepare and review operational reports and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve transportation processes.
- Perform additional logistics and leadership duties as assigned.

Requirements

- 6+ months of experience in Carrier Sales
- Solid understanding of logistics and transportation operations.
- Experience working directly with carriers and drivers.
- English proficiency: B2–C1 (required).
