? Schedule: Monday–Friday, usually from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

We are looking for a Carrier Sales Representative to join our logistics team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with carriers, negotiating competitive rates, coordinating transportation services, and ensuring shipments are properly covered and monitored
? Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop relationships with new carriers and transportation providers.
- Negotiate rates and transportation services with carriers.
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers to ensure shipments are properly covered.
- Verify carrier information, equipment, insurance, and required documentation.
- Monitor shipments and follow up with carriers throughout the transportation process.
- Resolve operational issues and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate carrier and shipment information in the company's systems.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with carriers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
✅ Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Carrier Sales, logistics, transportation, dispatching, or a related field.
- B2+ / C1 English proficiency.
- Must be located in Medellín, Bogotá, Cartagena, or Barranquilla.
