We are looking for an experienced real estate professional to manage our BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) investment strategy from end to end. This person will identify and evaluate potential investment properties, oversee renovation and repair work, and manage the plumbers, contractors, and other tradespeople needed to get each property rent-ready and positioned for refinancing. The adecuado candidate has hands-on real estate experience and is comfortable both finding good deals and managing the people who fix them up.

Key Responsibilities

•Source, evaluate, and analyze potential investment properties, including running comps, estimating repair costs, and projecting after-repair value (ARV).

•Walk properties to scope out needed repairs and put together renovation budgets and timelines.

•Hire, schedule, and manage plumbers, electricians, general contractors, and other trade professionals needed to repair and rehab properties.

•Oversee rehab projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed on time, on budget, and to quality/code standards.

•Build and maintain a reliable network of contractors, vendors, and trade professionals for ongoing and future projects.





•Track project expenses, timelines, and vendor performance, and flag issues or delays early.

•Support the refinance and rent-out phases by coordinating with lenders, appraisers, and property managers as needed.

•Continuously search for and evaluate new properties to keep the acquisition pipeline active.

Requirements

•Proven background in real estate — investing, property management, renovation, or acquisitions.

•Hands-on experience managing plumbers, contractors, or other personnel needed to repair or renovate a property.

•Demonstrated ability to evaluate and identify good investment properties (location, condition, repair cost vs. value).

•Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties/projects at once.

•Good negotiation and communication skills for working with contractors, vendors, and sellers.

•Valid driver's license and ability to travel to property sites as needed.
