Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Acceptance Tester (BAT/UAT) with strong functional testing expertise and business process knowledge. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, end users, product owners, and project teams to validate business requirements, execute testing activities, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise solutions within Supply Chain and Oracle ERP environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Validate end-to-end business processes, workflows, and system functionality against business requirements.
- Collaborate with business users, product owners, and project teams to identify and resolve defects.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Track, report, and communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Support release validation and ensure business readiness for deployments.
- Coordinate with onshore, offshore, and cross-functional teams to drive successful project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Functional Testing, Business Acceptance Testing (BAT),



and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Strong experience in requirement analysis, test planning, test case creation, and test execution.
- Ability to understand and validate end-to-end business processes and workflows.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working directly with business users and end-user communities.
- Sound understanding of Agile principles, methodologies, and ceremonies.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL or PL/SQL.
- Experience working in global, distributed, and multi-vendor delivery environments.
- Proven ability to lead testing activities and drive delivery commitments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Functional and technical knowledge of Oracle ERP R12 (or earlier versions), including:
- Order Management
- Inventory Management
- Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Finance Modules
- Logistics Processes
- Experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Service Contract Management domains.
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation or ERP implementation projects.
