We are seeking a versatile freelance graphic designer to support design production and revision work across our pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing accounts. This role is production- and detail-focused: routing medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) and internal review changes accurately and efficiently across multiple file types, while keeping brand and layout consistency intact.

Key Responsibilities

- Route brand, internal stakeholder, and MLR change requests into working files across InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint, maintaining design integrity through each revision round.
- Build and update sales aids, leave-behinds, slide decks, infographics, and other promotional/non-promotional materials from approved copy and source assets.
- Maintain strict version control across revision rounds, ensuring only approved changes are incorporated and prior approved content is not inadvertently altered.
- Ensure brand style guide compliance (color, type, logo usage, layout grid) across all deliverables and formats.
- Prepare final files for MLR/regulatory submission and, once approved, for production/print or digital delivery.
- Collaborate with copywriters, account, and production teams to keep multiple concurrent jobs/brands on schedule.

Required Qualifications

- Working proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator,



Photoshop, amongst others.
- Strong working proficiency in PowerPoint, including rebuilding/repairing decks and maintaining master slide/template consistency.
- Basic to intermediate video editing capability (eg, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent) for simple revisions and exports.
- Excellent attention to detail—able to implement precise, line-level change requests without introducing new errors.
- Strong file organization and version-control habits when managing multiple rounds of revisions.
- Reliable availability that overlaps with US Eastern Time business hours for review handoffs.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience designing for healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing or another regulated industry (financial services, legal, etc.).
- Familiarity with MLR/regulatory review cycles and redline-style revision tracking.
- Experience building or rebuilding data visualizations, infographics, or HEOR/clinical data slides.
- Experience with python-pptx or similar programmatic PowerPoint build tools is a plus, not required.
