Role Description: Provide agile customer service with high standards of quality and operational excellence to all requests from our customers, suppliers, and employees, seeking to maximize first-contact resolution in accordance with established policies and procedures, in order to positively impact user satisfaction in every service provided.

Responsibilities:




Attend to and provide first-contact solutions to all requests from our customers, suppliers, and employees, achieving user satisfaction in every service provided.
Manage requirements within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in order to meet established goals, contributing to the operational excellence of the team.
Document and assign requirements to the necessary areas to facilitate a timely response within defined timeframes and achieve a solution for the user within established times and expected quality.
Gather the required data in each user interaction to allow tracking of management indicators, with the ultimate goal of taking proactive actions to improve and optimize the service provided.
Report in a timely manner any failures identified during service delivery in the use of assigned platforms and resources, with the objective of having optimal operational tools to provide excellent service.
