Overview

We are seeking a LATAM-trained, fully bilingual (English/Spanish) Counsel to support our global Corporate Governance and Sustainability function.



This role will focus on subsidiary governance and ESG/sustainability reporting across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with Legal, Finance, Risk, and Sustainability teams.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong legal judgment, project management skills, and the ability to manage general processes and regulatory requirements in a fast-evolving environment.

How you'll make an impact

Subsidiary Governance: Support the management and continuous improvement of the company’s global subsidiary governance framework, including governance processes, and documentation.
Sustainability Reporting: Support global ESG and sustainability reporting efforts, including tracking regulatory requirements (e.g., emissions, workforce, pay transparency disclosures).
Regulatory Tracker: Maintain and update a global sustainability regulatory tracker, including monitoring new regulations and supporting periodic updates and scoping exercises.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Legal, Finance, HR
