What are we looking for?
A professional with 2–3 years of experience in sea, road, or air logistics, with solid experience in export operations and knowledge of FCL/LCL.
We especially value:
Experience in Sea Logistics / Freight Forwarding.
Knowledge of bookings, documentation, vendors, document closing processes, and CCLs.
Ability to manage multiple operations simultaneously.
Strong Customer Service orientation and the ability to handle critical customer situations.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, including managing unexpected operational situations such as cargo damage.
Excellent organization and follow-up skills, with strong attention to deadlines and milestones.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Experience working with USA or Canada is a plus.
English
B2–C1 English level, with interaction with teams in USA and Canada and participation in internal meetings with the Sales team.

Hybrid work model, with weekly rotation between office and home office.
Monday to Friday schedule.
Regular working hours from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with schedule adjustments depending on the season.
