About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic, resilient, and results-driven professional to join GlobalTeam as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
In this role, you will generate new business opportunities through cold calling,
inbound lead follow-up, email outreach, and prospecting activities. You will identify and engage decision-makers, qualify potential corporate clients, and schedule discovery calls for the sales team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by achieving targets and earning commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to generate new business opportunities
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and qualify potential corporate clients
- Identify and engage decision-makers within target companies
- Schedule meetings and discovery calls for the sales team
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects
- Manage and update CRM records accurately
