Purchasing & Logistics Analyst

Role Summary:
Execute the creation and issuance of purchase orders based on assigned requests, ensuring rigorous process control and strict compliance with corporate policy.



The main objective is to validate and process requirements within the timeframes established by the SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and corporate policies, particularly Buyways.

Key Responsibilities:
Modify and/or create purchase orders, SAP contracts, leases, and scheduling agreements within the established SLA and in compliance with corporate policies.
Build reports and create operational reports to ensure tracking and release of purchase orders, as well as updates to SAP contracts.
Manage requests and/or claims received through different communication channels related to purchasing, in compliance with the agreed service level for this task.
Validate compliance with purchasing policy regarding amounts, approvals, quotes, and other requirements of purchase requests received, ensuring correct issuance of purchase orders.
Train end users on the various purchasing processes and provide updates, ensuring an efficient process flow.
