At Fusion CX, we’re looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Medellín and support our operation by ensuring an efficient, compliant, and people-focused HR experience.

? What will you do?

Lead and coordinate disciplinary processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies and applicable Colombian labor regulations.
Plan, schedule, and conduct disciplinary hearings, ensuring employees have the opportunity to provide their statements and supporting information.
Manage and follow up on employee relations cases, including attendance, conduct, performance, policy violations, and other workplace concerns.
Partner with Operations and leadership to provide HR guidance and determine appropriate actions for employee-related cases.
Conduct and support employee relations investigations, ensuring cases are handled objectively, confidentially,



and consistently.
Support managers with performance management processes, including Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), coaching, and corrective actions.
Manage and follow up on termination processes, ensuring all required documentation and HR procedures are properly completed.
Provide HR support throughout the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience and accurate documentation.
Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment activities, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring processes as needed.
Partner with Recruitment and Operations to ensure new-hire processes are aligned with business and operational needs.
Support employee communication initiatives and provide guidance to employees and leaders regarding HR policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation is complete and up to date.
