Pithy Marketing is a digital marketing agency working with U.S. clients, primarily in the medical, wellness, and aesthetics space. We are a small team with high standards: we use AI and automation every day, we measure what the work accomplished (not how much work happened), and we say things straight. We are not order takers — we are strategic partners to our clients.
The role
We are looking for someone to own the outcome of 3 to 5 accounts. Not a task coordinator — a strategist who understands the client’s business, turns it into a marketing and SEO roadmap, and mobilizes SEO, content, paid media, design, and development to make that plan happen. You lead the calls, present the results, and defend the recommendations.
This is a generalist role with real judgment: you need to know enough about every discipline to direct it, challenge it, and QA it, even if you are not the deepest expert in any one. And you need exceptional soft skills,



because a huge part of the job is holding the client’s trust and asking internally — clearly and early — for whatever your account needs.
What you’ll do
Own the outcome of 3 to 5 accounts: KPIs, quarterly roadmap, and monthly plan.
Lead the client relationship: strategy and status calls, results presentations, and recommendations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams without formal authority — through clarity, context, and credibility.
Anticipate risks and solve them before they ever reach the client.
Read the data (GA4, GSC, Semrush/Ahrefs) and turn it into decisions, not activity lists.
Keep Monday as the source of truth: if reality changes, the board changes that same day.
What we’re looking for
1+ years managing digital marketing accounts or projects.
Genuine C1 English — you will lead calls and negotiate scope with U.S. clients on your own.
Spanish: Native.
Cross-functional breadth: technical and content SEO, analytics, plus paid media, design, and web fundame
