What You'll Do
Participate in BCG's Case Competition — a hands-on experience where you'll work as a team of 3 to solve a real business case in Bogotá. You'll develop your strategic thinking,



analytical skills, and communication under real consulting conditions, presenting your recommendations to BCG consultants.
Work as a team to analyze and solve a real business case
Structure your thinking, build a hypothesis, and develop recommendations

What You'll Bring
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or recent graduate, from any major or university
Strong analytical mindset and curiosity for business and strategy
Strong teamwork, active listening, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team of 3
Eagerness to learn, think critically, and present ideas with clarity
Genuine interest in consulting and problem-solving
