About the Role:

We are looking for a Relationship Analyst to join our Entity Management team and serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of international and domestic clients.
The idóneo candidate is highly organized, client-focused, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional services environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to understand client structures and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external advisors.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests and ongoing matters.
Coordinate corporate, entity management, compliance, and administrative services.
Monitor deadlines and ensure services are delivered accurately and on time.




Coordinate with internal teams and other professional advisors.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and entity records.
Maintain a high level of client service and contribute to strong client retention.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Professional, confident, and client-service oriented.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
