We are now investing in a new engineering hub in Medellín, Colombia, and are looking for a Director of Engineering to build and lead this team.
?About the Role
We’re looking for Engineering Managers to join our growing engineering organization in Medellín. We currently have two Engineering Manager opportunities, each focused on building and leading a new engineering team for a different product.
These are hands-on leadership roles responsible for team development,
technical direction, delivery, and support, with AI-native development practices as a core lever to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and increase team velocity.
Both roles will involve building and scaling the Medellín engineering teams while working closely with our established global engineering organization in Australia. The teams will extend existing product capabilities, accelerate roadmap delivery, and operate as high-velocity engineering pods within the global organization.
