Job overview
Manage, coordinate and perform all internal treasury reporting for the Latam region, including consolidated cash forecast and budget, Fx risk forecasting and analysis, I/C analysis, clean-up, reporting, and on-going review to ensure compliance with I/C agreements. POC for local banks as liaison between local teams and corporate, analysis of treasury bank agreements, treasury services optimization for efficiencies in treasury operations, responsible for governance of approval matrix within banking portals, Treasury Workstation and online user maintenance, and all in accordance with legal trade registries, etc. Strong understanding of local treasury accounting principles, local economies, knowledgeable and current on Fx landscape within the country and any local intricacies with respect to foreign currency flows. Actively supports corporate treasury in local hedging processes as applicable.

Job Responsibilities:
Liaison between local treasury/finance teams and corporate treasury
Responsible for accuracy and integrity of cash forecasting for individual countries,



and on a consolidated basis to ensure accountability for local forecasts
Auditing of treasury processes at local level
Documenting all treasury processes at local level to ensure uniformity and compliance to corporate policies, processes framework, and corporate objectives
Manage, mentor, and develop of local treasury teams including goal setting, KPI compliance, and overall alignment to corporate framework
Solid understanding of Treasury operations
Monitor and audit of disbursement process in every country including IC clearing process and coordinating with Corporate Treasury
Serve as back up for core corporate Treasury daily liquidity reporting to fill in when corporate team, including updating daily cash positioning for all corporate accounts
Provide support on consolidated integral liquidity reporting
Monitoring and ensuring bank data integrity and accuracy within Kyriba for LatAm reports
