As a Travel Associate, you will be the voice delivering an exceptional standard
of customer service to our passengers. This role is perfect for someone who
thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys interacting with customers to
ensure a seamless travel experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information and
assistance.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues promptly.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all customer
interactions.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and efficient service.
* Stay updated with the latest travel policies, procedures, and promotions.
* Process reservations, bookings, and changes as per customer requests.
* Assist customers with special requests and accommodate their needs whenever
possible.
* Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalations.




* Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and efficient customer
service.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
* Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service tools.
* Flexibility to work during day and/or night shifts as required.
* Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not
mandatory.
* A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards customer service.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
