About the Role
At Publicis Global Delivery (PGD), we are looking for a Junior Programmatic Analyst to support the execution, monitoring, and reporting of programmatic media campaigns for global clients.
This role is adecuado for someone who is starting their career in Programmatic, Digital Media, or AdTech, with up to 1 year of experience and a strong interest in developing technical expertise across leading DSP platforms.
You will work closely with experienced media professionals to learn how programmatic campaigns are built, monitored, optimized, and analyzed while contributing to the successful delivery of campaigns.
? Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
Support the setup and launch of programmatic campaigns across DSP platforms.
Assist with campaign configuration, including budgets, targeting, audiences, creatives, and placements.
Follow campaign briefs and established processes to ensure accurate implementation.
Support campaign updates and changes throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Campaign Monitoring & Optimization
Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, budgets,



and performance on a regular basis.
Identify basic delivery or performance issues and escalate them when required.
Support optimization activities based on campaign KPIs and team recommendations.
Track campaign performance and ensure campaigns remain aligned with planned objectives.
Reporting & Analysis
Support the preparation of daily, weekly, and post-campaign reports.
Monitor key digital media KPIs such as CPM, CTR, CPA, Viewability, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
Assist in analyzing campaign performance and identifying relevant trends and learnings.
Maintain accurate campaign trackers and documentation.
Quality Assurance
Perform QA checks on campaign setups before and after launch.
Verify budgets, dates, targeting, creatives, tracking, and other campaign parameters.
Identify discrepancies and work with the team to resolve them.
Collaboration & Learning
Work closely with Programmatic Specialists, Managers
