We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join a high-scale product engineering team focused on building and evolving critical platform services used by millions of users worldwide. In this role, you’ll design and develop high-performance backend systems that power core user experiences while ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational excellence. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on a highly visible product area while collaborating with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Golang.




Develop and optimize distributed systems that support high traffic volumes and mission-critical platform functionality.
Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
Design and manage scalable data storage solutions using MongoDB.
Deploy, monitor, and maintain production services running on Kubernetes.
Collaborate closely with product, frontend, platform, and infrastructure teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Improve system observability, reliability, and operational excellence through monitoring, automation, and performance optimization.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decisions that shape the future of the platform.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive long-term improvements to system stability and resilience.
