We’re looking for a Resource Allocation Senior Associate who can learn our talent and become expert in how they map to the business. It’s not a small or easy task, but it’s a fun and rewarding one. If you think you’re up for it, read on.

This role works across capabilities and client teams. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the correct balance of talent in order for our teams to deliver amazing work. This role requires an upbeat positive attitude and willing to problem solve in an ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities:




Serve as Casting partner who understands the ins and outs of employees’ skill sets, strengths, and weaknesses to appropriately map talent to the business
Ensure client teams have the right talent both onshore and offshore by partnering with leadership to understand what the work and client needs
Partner with Recruiting on open reqs, keeping them informed of changing talent needs
Assist and help influence staffing and casting strategies
Act as day-to-day contact for resource management cross-capability
Construct clear, concise, error-free, communications (written and verbal) that provides details required for a specific audience (internal and client), including clear expectations/action requested and relevant implications (i.e. timing, costs, etc.)
Collaborate with the human resource, staffing and recruiting teams to develop and execute talent programs and processes

Qualifications:

Four-year degree
5 years of professional work expe
