Within GBS, the DTC Retail Team process plays a key role in ensuring transactional integrity across the direct-to-consumer retail channel by reconciling sales and payments with precision, speed, and scalability. Acting as the connective tissue between commercial operations, financial systems,



and compliance frameworks, the team ensures that every retail transaction-from point of sale to final settlement accurately captured, validated, and reflected in core systems. The DTC Retail specialist is responsible for executing daily reconciliation activities between sales and payments validating transactions, detecting errors, and ensuring data integrity across systems. They collaborate with technical and financial teams to resolve issues, document processes, and actively contribute to continuous improvement. Their operational focus ensures that every transaction is accurately recorded, supporting the reliability and efficiency of the Retail Channel.

Key Responsibilities

Handling, monitoring, and posting bank statements.
General Ledger and Accounts Receivable accounts reconciliation, investigating and following up on differences.
Monitoring and following up of differences between systems interfaces.
