Main Job Responsibilities:
1. Accounting: Responsible for daily bookkeeping, invoice management, financial statement preparation for the local platform company and project companies, as well as reporting other materials according to the requirements of the company headquarters.
2. Tax: Complete tax filings on time according to local laws; handle tax exemption applications, tax refunds, and related matters.
3. Audit: Complete annual audits, transfer pricing, tax audits, etc., on time according to local legal requirements.
4. Project Management: Participate in new project acquisition negotiations, financial and tax due diligence, transaction framework design, contract review, and the review and handover of accounting information of the acquired company; participate in project sale negotiations, transaction framework design, financial and tax due diligence, contract review, and the handover of accounting information of the sold company; communicate with trust companies and provide accounting voucher information to them on time.
5. Internal Process Approval:



Responsible for approving payment processes, contract review processes, and other finance-related company processes; maintain vendor invoice and contract records.
6. External Coordination: Responsible for communication with institutions such as the Tax Authority, Customs, banks, insurance companies, trust companies, accounting firms, and auditing firms.
7. Other Finance-Related Work: Assist the finance manager in completing other finance-related tasks.

Job Competencies：
Bachelor's degree or above.
Valid professional qualification certificate issued by the Colombian Central Accountancy Board.
Over 8 years of working experience in accounting positions; preference given to candidates with experience in multinational enterprises or accounting firms, and those with experience in the new energy photovoltaic industry.
