Parlor is a growing U.S.-based membership and technology company operating across multiple major U.S. markets. As we continue to scale, we are strengthening our team and systems for executing initiatives across the company.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Operations Manager to work directly with Parlor's founders and Division Leads to turn priorities, ideas, and decisions into completed work.

The Role

This is a hands-on execution role combining business operations, project management, research, problem solving, and direct implementation.
You will help Division Leads organize and manage their priorities while also personally doing the work needed to move some initiatives forward. This may include researching opportunities, developing plans and recommendations, communicating with partners or vendors, coordinating teams, solving problems, and managing initiatives through completion.
We are looking for someone who is proactive,



organized, resourceful, persistent, and comfortable taking ownership. The right person doesn't just manage tasks. They identify what needs to happen and help make it happen.

Key Responsibilities

Turn company and divisional priorities into actionable plans and completed initiatives
Personally execute work needed to move projects and priorities forward
Conduct research, develop recommendations, and coordinate with partners, vendors, and team members
Establish and manage responsibilities, milestones, deadlines, and dependencies
Coordinate execution across multiple divisions and stakeholders
Identify obstacles and proactively develop and implement solutions
Ensure commitments and deadlines are followed through
Manage multiple initiatives and continuously prioritize what requires attention
Keep founders and Division Leads informed of progress, risks, and important decisions
