Role Overview:
We are hiring on behalf of our partner company — a digital marketing agency — for a Senior Media Buyer to own paid media performance across their portfolio of client brands. Everything you run directly supports revenue and customer acquisition for our clients. This is a senior individual contributor role with team leadership responsibilities — you'll be both a data-led strategist and an execution expert in equal measure, leading a small team of two media buying specialists.

How We Work
Paid media here runs on a fast, data-led cadence:
Plan → Build. You scope each client's paid media strategy — budgets, target ROAS/CAC, and campaign structure — then build and launch across Meta and Google.
Measure → Optimise. You monitor performance daily against ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rate, making structured optimisations to bidding, budgets, audiences, and creative.
Test → Scale. You run a continuous testing programme across ad creative,



audiences, and landing pages, then scale what wins and cut what doesn't.
You'll work in regular planning cycles with leadership, report on performance clearly, and have a high degree of autonomy with direct access to senior stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end Meta Ads strategy (with Google Ads as a secondary channel) across multiple client accounts to maximize ROAS.
• Lead a team of two media buying specialists, setting objectives and ensuring high-impact campaign delivery.
• Plan and allocate budgets across client campaigns, using A/B testing and performance data to guide decisions.
• Develop and test high-performing ad creatives in collaboration with the creative team, tailored to each client's audience.
• Create and deliver regular reporting that combines performance across platforms, with clear recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
