JOB TITLE: Junior UI/UX Designer- LOCATION: Medellin, Colombia- TYPE: Full-time- SCHEDULE: Mon - Fri 7:30Am - 5:00Pm- PAY RATE: Not Specified- DESCRIPTION- A leading healthcare technology platform is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to help craft intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences. As an entry-level designer, you will support the design and development of web and mobile interfaces by transforming user needs and business goals into clean, accessible, and visually compelling solutions. Working closely with product managers, developers, and senior designers, you will contribute to wireframes, prototypes, and final designs while gaining hands-on experience in user-centered design within a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously refine design concepts based on usability testing, A/B test insights, customer feedback, and usage analytics.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including product management, marketing, and development teams.
- Design intuitive and seamless experiences tailored across mobile,



tablet, and desktop platforms.
- Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms.
- Support usability testing efforts and incorporate user feedback into design improvements.
- Assist the business in executing impactful website campaigns and ensuring design consistency.
- Lead user experience improvement projects aimed at increasing conversion rates and reducing friction points.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system and UI standards.
- Participate in design reviews and provide thoughtful feedback to team members.
- Help ensure designs are accessible, responsive, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Portfolio: Strong
