In Colombia, we offer an opportunity for a Product Manager - Oncology responsible for leading the development and execution of the Marketing Plan for assigned brands within the oncology portfolio. This role is accountable for ensuring strong product positioning, market share growth, and financial performance, while aligning strategic vision with execution excellence.

The Product Manager will act as a key strategic partner, integrating market insights, cross-functional collaboration, and customer engagement to deliver impactful results in a highly competitive and evolving environment.

Role Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the pharmaceutical industry,



ideally within Oncology.
- Strong experience developing and executing marketing plans and long-term product strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage full product lifecycle, including positioning, growth and profitability.
- Experience managing P&L; (profit and loss) and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to anticipate market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Experience working with healthcare professionals, scientific societies and key stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset combined with strong execution and accountability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership teams.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration (e.g., Commercial, Medical, Access).
- Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in dynamic and complex environments.
