DESCRIPTION:
This role is adecuado for a digitally fluent designer who thrives in fast-paced environments, is passionate about user-centered design, and enjoys transforming complex ideas into sleek, intuitive visuals. You'll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team, where innovation, creativity, and design thinking are at the forefront.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create compelling visual assets for both digital and print, including brochures, social media graphics, web banners, and product collateral.
- Develop multimedia and motion content for digital platforms; basic video editing skills are highly valued.
- Collaborate with developers, marketers, and UX/UI specialists to deliver visually consistent, intuitive experiences.
- Maintain organized file systems, meet deadlines, and actively participate in team feedback loops and project updates.
- Prepare high-fidelity designs for print,



ensuring alignment with vendor requirements and production standards.
- Contribute to visual storytelling that supports marketing strategies, brand positioning, and digital product launches.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-4 years of experience in graphic design, in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with After Effects is a plus.
- Understanding of branding, visual identity systems, UX/UI best practices, and CMS environments.
- Experience creating assets for both web and print production, with technical know-how to prepare files across platforms.
- Intermediate to advanced English level (B2-C1) to interpret creative briefs and communicate with cross-functional, international teams.
- Highly creative, detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative.
