About the role

You will be the technical cornerstone and trusted advisor for our strategic customers in the region.
- Your mission is to ensure exceptional service quality, solve complex technical challenges,



and build strong relationships that drive our customers' success, acting as the face of Tele2 IoT in Colombia.
- You will work independently but are connected to global teams.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the region, managing and resolvingtechnical support requests during local business hours.
- Act as the trusted technical advisor for strategic customers.
- Manage and resolve complex technical challenges, providing advanced solution consulting.
- Initially you will act as a second-line technical expert, actively troubleshooting complexconnectivity issues.
- Ensure service stability and meet SLAs/SLOs for customers.
- Drive customer governance through operational meetings, KPI tracking, and continuousimprovement.
