From Remote and Talent we are looking for a Paid Search Specialist to join the digital marketing team of a company in the education sector. This is a 100% remote, full-time position with no end date, representing a stable and long-term opportunity. The role is focused on managing, optimizing, and growing paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, with the goal of driving qualified traffic and conversions. This position is open to professionals based in Colombia, Mexico, or Argentina, with at least 4 years of experience in the field.
- Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge paid search strategies to meet and exceed company goals and ROI targets.
- Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns and SEO projects.
- Monitor and analyze campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms to identify trends and insights for performance improvement.
- Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies.
- Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns.




- Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links and strategies.
- Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, insights, and optimization strategies to stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Stay updated with PPC and SEM trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance and strategy.

WHAT SHOULD THE CANDIDATE HAVE TO BE A BETTER FIT FOR THIS POSITION?
